City of Flagstaff Cogeneration Plant Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The biogas cogeneration plant is the third phase of a multi-phased conservation effort by the City to lead by example and encourage other community stakeholders to make similar commitments to the environment, all while saving the City $145,000 plus per year in energy costs over the next 20 years.
