Orpheum Lofts Located in the "Heart of Historic Downtown Phoenix," also known as Copper Square, Orpheum Lofts is an existing 11-story historical landmark formerly known as the Phoenix Title and Trust Building. Situated on the Northwest corner of Adams Street and First Avenue, the building is a decades-old icon dating back to 1931 and is one of very few remaining Art Deco high-rises in Phoenix. Taylor Place Taylor Place lies in the heart of Phoenix on the Arizona State University Downtown Phoenix Campus. This self-contained dormitory includes two towers, each 12 stories above the common, first floor, which houses approximately 1,288 students. Each floor has a laundry facility, small meeting room, vending area, “atrium” lounge and screened porch areas. Both towers cover 366,500 combined square feet. Click here for the full story
